Default Home move

What advice can you give to someone who is planning a home move for the first time? Maybe someone here has a checklist that I could use to make it less stressful?

I know that there are different checklists on the Internet on this subject, but I advise you to have an item on this list to find a moving company in your area. I know that many people want to save money on professional services and rent a van and ask friends to help, but usually they forget something from boxes or pack things poorly, so some fragile things can break or they can stain furniture. Also, I don't want to remind that moving to a new place is always a lot of stress, haste and a lot of problems, so I believe that it's best to entrust this work to professionals. I know that you can get a moving quote and find home movers at a good price in your area. I know how much this can simplify your life and I think that this will be the right decision to move for the first time.
