Default Debt Collection Question

We recently won an award via disputes tribunal for around $2500. The company I won against has a few similar awards which they have not paid.

I am wondering what I need to do to have the company wound up as insolvent if they don't pay us?

What is the process?

I am hoping we can get them wound up, liquidated, and struck off so they can't hide behind this Limited Liability company any more when advertising for work (which they are still doing).

The main worker is a guy who spent time in prison for trying to defraud people in a similar way.

omg, find a lawyer and stay safe, prison guys are not the ones you could easily trick or expose to collectors

I've had kinda similar situation with my part received, however I knew that my law knowledge is pretty limited, so I just addressed to a consumer law firm, they helped me to understand what my rights are and what I can do with money I possessed. Btw, they have also given me some consultations while Phoenix Financial was terrorizing me with their threats and offensive dialogues... I wasn't really aware of all my rights and how I should proceed in this situation, I was scared and depressed because of permanent abuse. At least, consumer law firms exist to help people in such situations. Now, I'm free from these debts and enjoying life, thanks God!
