Add the universal garage door opener option to the car if it is easy to do. For some reason it seems not to be on the 2013 Focus electric.

I ordered the $74 homelink visor from here:

http://www.fordpartsgiant.com/parts/...804105-fa.html

Intended to install myself, but FFE has been in the shop for the "Stop Safely Now" message, so I sent the visor to the dealer to have them put it in.

Service Mgr. tells me it is quite doable but sometimes getting the power connection hooked up can be a little tricky.

There is an auto dimming rearview mirror with homelink, but it is $250+ and since the mirror I have is not powered was not sure there would be power conveniently located for that option.

I'm thinking of some Sparco 18" wheels painted black, I got a Black FFE last week in Denver.

I also am thinking about putting studded tires on the stock wheels. Going to use the car all winter in Aspen and with the insta-torque thinking the studs may be the way to go. They really suck when it's dry but make a huge difference when there's ice. I may just go with Blizzaks. I'd also like to WRC-up the car a little with some side skirts or something to make it look more Rally.

Man, I just bought a FFE 2014.5 from the dealer that was a previous lease and it's doing the "Stop Safely Now" crap. Did they really not figure out the source of the problem yet?
